Spaghettoni

Spaghettoni , the Long Pasta Leonessa,  made from durum wheat semolina. It is a variety of Italian pasta that is prepared in the same way as spaghetti, but with a broader diameter (Spaghettoni is the thickest version of spaghetti). It pairs well with all types of sauces, from the simple ones to robust, chunky, and complex ones.

Durum wheat semolina and water, pasta made from drawing bronze and dried at room temperature
