Strozzapreti, meaning priest choker or strangler, are an elongated version of casarecce. Every pasta format from Pastificio Leonessa is made according to Neapolitan pasta making traditions. The pasta is extruded through bronze and dried slowly at low temperatures, making the most of the perfectly balanced climate. This pasta is very easy going, good with whatever pesto sauce, tomato sauce , or any meat you want to combine with.
