BRUSCHETTE WITH BURRATA AND SEMI DRIED RED DATTERINO

Serve 2 people

Ingredients:

  1. 9.88 oz of Semi Dried Red "Datterino" tomatoes in oil
  2. 300 gr of burrata
  3. 6 slices of bread
  4. 1 tsp of turmeric
  5. 1 lime
  6. 1 chili pepper
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  9. Mint

Process:

  1. In the bowl, grate the lime peel and squeeze the juice. Add 5 tsp of olive oil, chili pepper slices, 1 tsp of turmeric , and salt to taste. Mix all together.
  2. Heat the olive oil in the pan, and toast the slices of bread.
  3. In another bowl, add Semi Dried Red "Datterino" tomatoes and its oil, add salt to taste.
  4. Brush the slices of toasted bread with the sauce mixture
  5. Spread the semi dried tomatoes on the bruschetta, add pieces of burrata and then add a little bit more sauce mixture
  6. Decorate with mint and serve.
