Since 1990, Liquorificio Carlo Mansi has been producing authentic limoncello in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, making him one of the region’s first dedicated limoncello makers. His passion for liqueurs is rooted in traditional recipes, natural ingredients, and the craft of manual production.

The Limoncello Tradition

Carlo Mansi’s signature Limoncello di Amalfi is made with just four ingredients:

  • Lemon peels from Amalfi Coast lemons

  • Water

  • Sugar

  • Alcohol

The result is a vibrant, aromatic liqueur with a fresh green hue and bold lemon flavor — a true taste of Campania’s heritage.
