About Così Com'è (Finagricola)
From the Fields of Campania, Italy
Così Com’è (meaning “as they are”) is the flagship tomato brand of Finagricola Soc. Coop, a cooperative founded in 1986 by 24 small farms in Southern Italy. Today, nine families manage over 740 acres of fertile farmland in the Piana del Sele region of Campania - a land known for producing some of Italy’s finest vegetables and tomatoes.
Tradition Meets Authenticity
For more than 35 years, Finagricola has been dedicated to growing authentic, traceable, and sustainable Italian produce. The cooperative’s mission has remained unchanged: from seed to label, guarantee natural Italian food with no shortcuts.
That means:
-
Non-GMO tomatoes
-
No preservatives, pesticides, or stabilizers
-
No added sugar
-
100% Italian-grown, harvested, and packed at the source
This commitment makes Così Com’è one of the most trusted names in Italy’s fruit and vegetable industry — often referred to as the country’s “largest vegetable garden.”
Harvested Fresh, Preserved Naturally
In 2012, Finagricola expanded its expertise to create preserved tomato products that taste as fresh as the day they were picked. Tomatoes are harvested at peak ripeness and processed within just a few hours. This quick, careful transformation locks in:
-
Rich aroma
-
Vibrant color
-
Full-bodied tomato flavor
Using advanced technology alongside generations of farming knowledge, every tomato is sorted by shape, color, and weight, ensuring uniform quality in every jar and can.
