About Così Com'è (Finagricola)

Così Com'è (Meaning “as they are”) is one of the brands owned by Finagricola Soc. Coop, was founded in 1986 by a small 24-farm cooperative dedicated to cultivating local produce varieties. Nine members currently manage the 740 acres of farmland, which stretches across the fertile Piana del Sele of Campania in southern Italy.

Finagricola is one of the most outstanding companies in the national fruit and vegetable industry, reflecting the evolution of rural culture. They produce fresh vegetables and have a history of more than 35 years. The establishment of a cooperative has only one mission: Ensure the authenticity and traceability of Italian products from seed to label. All tomatoes are non-GMO and free of preservatives, pesticides, sugar, and stabilizers.

As a large fruit and vegetable company, with the passage of time, it has continued to develop a real natural agriculture. Therefore, it can be defined as the largest" Italian vegetable garden". With this valuable expertise, the company decided in 2012 to start producing preserved vegetables, with the goal of making tomato products taste fresh.

The processing only takes place within a few hours after harvest, so it is specially made with care to preserve the taste and aroma of each tomato. With the most advanced technology, each tomato can be selected and stored according to its shape, color and weight, so as to always maintain its freshness and uniformity. No sugar added. “Così Com’è” tomato already has all the elements that make it unique. A long and careful process in which technology can support human knowledge without replacement.
