Così Com'è (meaning "as they are") is a proud venture of Finagricola Soc. Coop., with over 35 years of expertise cultivating fresh vegetables that embody pure, unadulterated quality. As part of Italy's largest "vegetable garden," they've mastered the art of growing genuine, natural produce — tomatoes with a natural sweetness and a perfectly balanced acidity that sets them apart.
Our featured Tomato Purée comes from Gustarosso, grown in the fertile volcanic soils of Campania's Agro Sarnese-Nocerino area — the very heartland of the world-famous San Marzano PDO. Since 1910, the Ruggiero family has cultivated tomatoes here, and today Gustarosso works with a cooperative of around 100 local farmers who oversee every step, from planting to harvest at peak ripeness. The result is a smooth, velvety purée with no artificial preservatives or additives — just rich, balanced tomato flavor bottled in glass to preserve its freshness and authentic taste.
