The Masturzo Story

The Masturzo family has been producing olive oil in southern Italy since the late 1800s, beginning on the Sorrento Peninsula and, from 1955, in the breathtaking region of Basilicata. It is here, in the fertile plains near Venosa — the ancient birthplace of the Latin poet Horace — that their oil mill stands today.

With over 50,000 olive trees spanning nearly 30 hectares on the slopes of Mount Vulture, the Masturzo family pairs generations of inherited knowledge with modern production to achieve one goal: olive oil that is genuine, consistent, and always excellent.
