Penne Alla Salsiccia e Pomodoro

Serve 4-5 people


1. 500g of Penne

2. 690g of Tomato purée 

3. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 

4. 2 Italian Sausage 

5. Parmigiano Reggiano

6. Basil, salt and pepper to taste.


1.In a pan, add oil and add Tomato purée , a touch of extra virgin olive oil and 3 leaves of basil. 

2. Cook sausage in the sauce until its well-done.

3. Meanwhile, cook the penne pasta in a boiling salty water for 8 minutes and drain it "al dente".  Drain it and stir in the tomato sauce

4. Serve decorating with parmigiano reggiano and fresh basil.
