Leonessa’s Tagliatelle Miste is comprised of three types of pasta. A Durum wheat semolina base, additional flavors of chili (red pasta), parsley (green pasta) and squid ink (black pasta) are added. See our recipes tab for sauces to compliment this colorful pasta.
Durum wheat semolina and water, chilis, green parsley and squid ink. It is made using the traditional Italian pasta-making technique of using bronze dies and natural drying.
