Founded in Calistoga, California - in the heart of Napa Valley’s wine country - Gusto Italiano has been sharing the true taste of Italy with American tables since 2017. As natives of Naples (Napoli), our passion for authentic Italian food, wine, and liqueur inspired us to create a direct bridge between Italy’s most beloved artisans and food lovers across the United States.

Our signature line, Gusto Italiano Pasta, comes from Gragnano - known as La Capitale della Pasta (the Pasta Capital of the World). Nestled between the Monti Lattari mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, this UNESCO-recognized region offers the perfect microclimate for producing superior durum wheat pasta. The slow-drying and bronze-drawn methods create pasta with a firm bite, rich flavor, and sauce-gripping texture that elevates every dish.
